One-on-one Personal Training is a multifaceted service that provides clients with the education, motivation, focused attention, commitment and accountability, passion, achievable goals and dedication that everybody requires  in order to maintain a healthier and prolonged life.

Sure, healthy eating and lifestyle choices play a part. But the truth is that special glow emanates from within.

It is self-pride. It is that sense of achievement, that sense of accomplishment when you look in the mirror and are awed by the results which YOU created. Genuine pride is doing your best ... when no one else is watching!

There is nothing that inspires me more than helping people achieve their goals. I love watching as the glow takes root and begins to grow and seeing my clients shine!

I've been involved in the Health, Fitness and Wellness Industry for several years now. I have extensive knowledge on the correct techniques and methods to ensure you reach your goals as quickly and effectively as possible. My Goals are to see You reach Your Goals!

I'm passionate about life in general and I love learning something new everyday about someone or something.  I rarely talk about experiences or circumstances that I have not physically or mentally been through myself.

Walking along stretches of beach admiring every little God given atom, molecule, creature and scenery that we have been given to admire that is right in front of us helps me regain the energy and peace required within to help others.

I'm one of the most positive people you have ever met in your life. I have only met one other genuine person like that in my entire life, and you know who you are, that has looked at life the way I do and then-some!

I love things simple and totally dis-like and avoid any sort of confrontation, negativity or bad energy!!!

I have accomplished one of the biggest hurdles ever thrown in my path and that was beating Cancer AML5(Acute Myeloid Leukemia M5) twice, first at the age of 25 undergoing 3 months of Chemo therapy.  I had a relapse at the age of 26 and beat it again undergoing 2 months of Chemotherapy and a Stem Cell Transplant. Been clear for 15 years now and I'm going to remain Cancer Free for the rest of my life.

My aim is to "Live it to it's Fullest" and enjoy every new day given to us as we waken every morning.

I don't live in the past, nor in the future, I live for the now!!!

My dreams will become reality. They will because I've created them and put them out to the Universe.  Lastly, I would like to mention that I have become who I am through all the experiences I have faced in my life and I would not change a single thing if I had to chance to because then I would not be who I am today."  Love that phrase. Makes so much sense to me!!!"
